What we collect

We only collect what we need in order to reply to you:

• Your name, email address and any optional telephone number, company name, budget or contact preference you provide.
• Your selected service and project details.
• Standard server log data (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security.

How we use it

Your enquiry is emailed to us so we can answer it and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not share them with anyone except where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the job and for our accounting and tax records, then deleted.

Cookies

The supplied theme does not include advertising or analytics tracking and does not embed a map by default. WordPress uses cookies for dashboard authentication. If additional plugins, analytics, maps or upload features are enabled, this policy must be updated to describe them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@aztrix-media.ltd and we will deal with your request without unnecessary delay.
